Welcome to

The Social Circle

A community creating spaces for authentic connection and personal growth

I founded this group in 2023 when I saw a need for better social events for young professionals in my area. It grew to over 1000 members.

I’m currently the main organizer and speaker.

Our mission is to create a community that truly cares for people, and to equip ourselves to become social leaders.

The community also functions as a living laboratory to collect stories and test community-building principles. I study what creates lasting connection and care.

Why do We Exist?

Loneliness affects more people than almost any other social issue, yet it remains one of the least talked about. We believe we can fight it by providing a community that welcomes and cares for people. To do that, we strive to become social leaders who can create connection and belonging wherever we go.

What’s My Role?

I founded The Social Circle in 2023. Today, I design and host each event. I speak on topics like authenticity, vulnerability, and belonging, communication, and the science of human connection.

What do We Do?

The Social Circle is part learning experience, part social gathering. Our events combine education—hearing a talk—with intentional social activities where everyone contributes.

Our core activity is discussing ideas that enrich our professional and social lives. We’re constantly trying to become better versions of ourselves.

We work to create a safe space unlike any other—one that leaves people feeling more connected.

What Makes Our Events Different?

Most events are hands-off. They put people in a room and hope conversation happens naturally. I’ve found there is a better approach.

Our guided discussions and interactive activities encourage authentic sharing. Participants experience a unique social context: an opportunity to share their story in an environment where they can feel seen, heard, and accepted. This leaves people feeling much more connected than they would otherwise.
